NEXTSPEC / INFORMATION
Privacy notice
Updated October 16, 2026.
Who this notice covers
NextSpec Computers provides PC component consulting to customers in California. For questions about this notice or your information, email nextspecservices@gmail.com. This notice covers the website and inquiries sent to that address; a separate service agreement may be needed for a consulting engagement.
Information in your inquiry
The inquiry builder asks for your name, email address, requested consulting service, approximate hardware budget, California service confirmation, and project details. Enter only information needed to explain your request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or sensitive files.
Preparing a draft happens in your browser. The website code does not submit the form to a server, store the draft in cookies or browser storage, or create a booking. Opening an email app transfers the prepared text to that app; you must choose to send the email. The Copy inquiry button places the text on your clipboard when you request it. Clear my draft removes the fields and prepared message from this page, but does not remove copies in an email app, clipboard, or browser-managed autofill.
When you send an email
Your name, email address, message, attachments you choose to send, and email metadata are received through NextSpec's Gmail mailbox. Your own email provider and Google process that communication under their respective terms. See Google's privacy policy. Inquiry information is used to respond to your questions, discuss a quote, and communicate about consulting you request. Do not send a device password or authorize access to your computer through this form.
Hosting and technical information
This website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Its processing and retention are governed by its applicable service terms and privacy policy. The email retention period below does not apply to Cloudflare’s technical records.
Cookies, advertising, and tracking signals
The current website code contains no analytics, advertising pixels, external font requests, tracking cookies, local storage, or session storage. It does not send visitor information to advertising services. It behaves the same whether or not Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, because optional tracking is not enabled for any visitor. Cloudflare may process technical information to deliver and secure the site, as described above. See cookie information.
Retention and requests
This website does not persist inquiry drafts. Sean, the owner of NextSpec Computers, is the only person authorized by NextSpec to access its inquiry mailbox. Google processes mailbox data as the email provider. Inactive inquiries that do not become customer engagements are deleted after 12 months from the last communication, except where records must be retained to meet legal obligations. Customer-engagement records are retained as needed to provide the agreed services and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Provider backups and deletion processes may follow their own schedules. You can email the business to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about retention. Any applicable legal recordkeeping obligations and verification needs must be considered when responding.
Children and sensitive information
This website is not designed to solicit information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact NextSpec so it can be reviewed. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for component consulting.
