NextSpec Computers offers advice on PC component selection, parts-list compatibility, budget allocation, and upgrade planning to customers in California. No PC sales, assembly, installation, repair, fault diagnosis, remote device access, or equipment custody is offered through this website.

Inquiries, quotes, and authorization

Preparing or sending an inquiry does not book a service, authorize charges, or form a paid consulting agreement. The website accepts no payments. Scope, fees, deliverables, timing, and any cancellation terms need to be stated and agreed separately before paid work begins. Hardware budget ranges are not consulting prices or quotes.

Recommendations

Advice depends on the goals and specifications you provide. Prices, availability, manufacturer specifications, and software requirements can change. Confirm current details before buying from a separate seller. A component recommendation is not a promise of a particular frame rate, performance result, or manufacturer support outcome.

Returns, refunds, and warranties

This website does not sell products and does not advertise an additional voluntary return program or warranty. Questions about consulting fees, cancellations, service concerns, or refunds should be emailed to nextspecservices@gmail.com. Any engagement-specific terms must be communicated before agreement.

Nothing on this website excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer rights or warranties. Products purchased from other sellers remain subject to those sellers' terms, manufacturers' warranties where applicable, and applicable law.

Your information and equipment
